#DecisionDay is upon us.

For most high school seniors and junior college transfers, May 1st marks the deadline to select a college in which they will declare their major and hopefully graduate from in five years or less. From USC and Oregon to the small private schools of Claremont McKenna and Swarthmore College, students across America will have to make the first real decision of their young adult life.

As the upcoming Fall semester quickly rounds the annual corner, let’s take a look at some top ranked Universities and their admission rate percentages. According to, the Fall 2014 acceptance rates for the high caliber institutions were highly selective in their college admissions decision making process.

There is a strong assumption that with this year’s 2016-2017 Freshman class, the acceptance rates will look no different.
