We Are All One Concert: Urban Island Music Artist Laupepa Letuli Opens Up The Show

Los Angeles, CA July 16th, 2013– Reggae lovers will be excited for the WE ARE ALL ONE CONCERT hosted by Joyce Productions on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Hollywood Park Casino, Inglewood, CA. This all ages extravaganza will host some of Reggae Music’s icons and upcoming artists, great food and arts & crafts.

Los Angeles based music artist Laupepa Letuli was just added as the opening act to this show. Singer, Songwriter and Musician, Laupepa or “Pepa” as he is better known, is a natural born entertainer who comes from a long lineage of royalty, performers and entertainers. His grandfather is Paramount Chief Letuli who started fireknife dancing and his great-grandfather is His Highness Malietoa Tanumafili, the late King of Independent Samoa. His Hawaiian Roots run
equally deep and connect him to his great grandfather and granduncles, Alfred, Dick and Lani McIntire, who popularized the steel guitar in the 1940’s. Maintaining a deep respect for the accomplishments of his forefathers and his love for music, Pepa continues to establish himself as a true artist and is grateful of the backdrop of success for his music career.

Critically acclaimed global reggae icon, Maxi Priest will headline this bevy of artists. His successful fusion of reggae and R & B has led him to be one of the most respected and relevant artists in the game. Also featured Jamaican Reggae/Dancehall artist is Ky-Mani Marley. Also known as a respected athlete, and actor, this triple-threat will sure to bring a special element to the stage. Also performing is American reggae band Big Mountain famous for their chart busting song “Touch my Light.” Their hit song “Baby, I Love Your Way” was included on the soundtrack for the film, Reality Bites. Today they have evolved into a well-respected international sensation. Reggae pioneer and UK’s hailed best ever reggae singer/song writer and respected artist Lloyd Brown will perform as well as Belizean reggae super-star, Eljai.

Joyce Sandiford, Founder & President of Joyce productions says, “You can have a good time for a good cause.” With that mantra, her passion to serve others brings the WE ARE ALL ONE CONCERT to support her non-profit and charitable group, We Are All One Foundation. Joyce Productions is the financial arm of the foundation and beneficiary to several family and youth centers in Los Angeles and orphanages throughout the Caribbean.

Gates open at 3PM and show time begins at 5PM.
