Kulture Shock: Let It Snow Concert Review

Events, Music 22 Dec 2011   »   by TheWhatItDo

Over the weekend, The WhatItDo team was in Salt Lake City, UT for Kulture Shock’s Let It Snow Concert. In association with Miami Dolphin’s Paul Soliai, one of the main partners to the Kulture Shock team. They have had a successful run this year with events promoting music artists. This particular concert had local independent Urban Island artists perform and showcase their talent to a packed house. Performances included Kotahi, Leikafekt, Mycal Ruben and rising Urban Island music sensation Spawnbreezie from Missouri. In a city where it was 20 degrees and freezing cold, these artists heated the place with their music. A much smaller show and venue, Kulture Shock wanted to produce an event where music lovers can enjoy the holiday season with the feel-good sounds of Urban Island music.

Host IsaGirl and Leta Fau’olo attended the show and they were not only able to catch up with some of the artists, but host Leta was able to join in and perform that night with Spawnbreezie which turned the heat all the way up and set the stage on fiyah.

Check out how they get down at Club Metro in the 801.
