Vans Warped Tour has been on the road this summer and The WhatItDo caught up with the festival yesterday in Carson, California. The Vans Warped Tour is well established as America’s longest-running touring festival, breaking up-and-coming indie talent as well as both creating and showcasing major established artists since 1995.
Now in its 17th year, the 44-date nationally-renowned festival has cemented its place in history by playing a major role in bringing punkrock/skate/action sports culture from the underground to the forefront of global youth culture, while at the same time helping those in need and being the first tour to consistently use groundbreaking environmental techniques every year on the road.
Rocking out on stages across the festival were the notable Gym Class Hereos, Sum 41, and There For Tomorrow just to name a few. New artist such as The Public Trust and Sibley were able to show case their musical talents for their first time at the show. You better believe The WhatItDo was able to watch all the great acts.
