I like my cars just like I like my men—rough, rugged and raw! That’s why the 2011 Honda Ridgeline is just my type. We are talkin about a truck that has me lookin super fly and that can take care of business if you know what I mean.

This bad boy is ready for anything equipped with an integrated closed-box frame, this truck is ready to ride and handle . So when my crazy uncle asks me to borrow my truck to move all his junk I can say yes because he ain’t got nothin on the Ridgeline!

Packed with a mean 3.5 Liter,VTEC V-6 engine, the Ridgeline produces premium power and efficiency, resulting in 250 hp and 247 lb-ft of torque. And when it comes to hauling the Ridgeline is Class III trailer hitch ready. Meaning this honey can haul boats, trailers, or jet skis—and I definitely be digging the jet skis.

Now, the coolest  feature and my personal favorites are the dual-action tailgate and industry first Lockable In-Bed Trunk. Let me hit you with this: the dual tailgate can swing open like a door allowing easy access to the Lockable In-Bed Trunk which is a sealed trunk underneath the truck bed to keep all your goods sealed and safe. My groceries are never falling out of my trunk again.

I can’t forget to mention how much space there is for five full-sized adults. Forget about the old days where you had your homie squished in the middle between the driver and passenger seats of the truck. This is 2011 people; so now we got a truck that seats more than 3 passengers comfortably and has a four-door entry access to make sure everyone has their own personal space to get their hyphy on. With the 60/40 lift-up rear seats you can have all the extra space you need for your people and belongings.

Now I got eyes in the back of my head with the integrated rearview camera to see what the heck I’m backing into. No more backing into poles at the gas station for me! Along with that, I never even think about taking my hands off the wheel now because the Bluetooth HandsFreeLink is synced to my cellphone. I wish I had Bluetooth HandsFreeLink in my last car so it would have prevented me from crashing while I was on the phone. However, if that hadn’t have happened I wouldn’t have been introduced to my perfect fit of a truck. Speaking of speaking on the road, my voice is also recognized by the Linked Navigation System that can link me to 7 million spots! I’m always on the go so you know I be talking to my navi all the time.

On top of everything else the Ridgeline is keeping my little self safe and out of trouble with 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes, and the Vehicle Stability Assist with Traction Control feature, which senses when I overteer or understeer and then adjusts the brake pressure at each wheel and/or reduces engine power to help restore my control and keep me on course. With additional dual-stage, multiple-threshold front airbags, front side airbags with passenger-side Occupant Position Detection System (OPDS), and side curtain airbags with a rollover sensor I for sure won’t be seen through a window Now that’s WHAT IT DO!

  • I feel that Ridgeline doesn’t have sufficient place for cargos as expected from a pick-up truck. Even the design and the features are same from very long.It needs a change
